Taylor Goodell Benedum—Graphic Designer
Taylor is a creative and color-loving graphic designer with 9 years of experience in both corporate and non-profit backgrounds. She creates user-friendly and effective design materials for LEAD, including the LEAD logo branding. Vonda Drees- Spiritual Designer

Rich Nelson—Following the Way
Rev. Rich Nelson is a pastor, writer, spiritual director and contemplative. An Episcopal priest, he has served in both Episcopal and Lutheran faith communities and as a non-profit founder and president. Rich currently leads the online faith resource Following The Way, an online community for spiritual growth which helps people center their lives around the Great Commandment to love God with all our Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength.
The LEAD staff is a combination of paid and volunteer staff who are committed to growing Christian leaders. In addition to this core team, we also have a strong relationship with the TX–LA Gulf Coast Synod staff and collaborate with leaders across the world.
